Chamonix: Grands Montets celebrating the start of the school year

On 9th, 10th and 11th September, the Lognan ski lift in Chamonix is hosting Les Grands Music Festival, which offers an eclectic programme for all audiences.

Les Grands Music Festival: three days of outdoor concerts

Launched in 2021, Les Grands Music Festival is once again taking place at Les Grands Montets in Chamonix on 9th, 10th and 11th September 2022. Many spectators are expected at the Lognan lift station to attend the outdoor concerts on offer.

For its second edition, this relatively new festival offers the public a unique musical experience in an exceptional natural setting, with a stunning view of the mountains and its most beautiful summits:

• Mont Blanc
• the Aiguilles Rouges
• the Verte
• the Drus

The programme (below) mixes styles and inspirations (electro, jazz, Pop, rock, Hip Hop…) with nationally and internationally renowned artists, whilst also featuring local talents.

Being integrated into the Chamonix valley is an integral part of the festival’s DNA, just like the environment through an eco-responsible approach initiated by the organisers. Catering stands (organic cuisine and local food networks) will also be offered on site.
